Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • ✅ The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • ✅ The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

Returns are not accepted for:

Products that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer.

Products without their original packaging, tags, or accessories.

Discounted or clearance sale items (unless defective).


Refund Process

    Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund:

    🔹 If eligible, the refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 business days.
    🔹 If rejected, we will notify you with the reason, and you can request that the item be returned at your expense.


    How to Request a Return

      To initiate a return, follow these steps:

      2️⃣ Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return (with images if applicable).
      3️⃣ We will review your request and provide return instructions.
      4️⃣ Ship the product back to our return address (provided upon approval).
      5️⃣ After inspection, we will process your refund or exchange.

      🚚 Return shipping costs:

      If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the shipping cost.

      If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer must bear the shipping cost.


      Exchanges

        If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you can request a replacement instead of a refund. Exchanges follow the same process as returns.


        Cancellation Policy

          Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

          After Shipping: Cancellations are not allowed; you must follow the return process.
